1992 - Present Tri Square Construction - President and CEO general contractor and construction company. Self-starter responsible for all areas of business. Proven leader in interacting with clients. Able to communicate with sub-contractors in all building trades. Responsible for on-time, on-budget completion of all projects.

1982 - 1992 Antique World Malls, Inc. - President and CEO retail and wholesale antique and collectible markets. Developed 5 separate 20,000 sq.ft. and larger stores, and was responsibile for all aspects of operations including managing 100 employees and 300 tenants. Stores were located in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Sold to pursue other interests.

1977 - 1982 A.N.R. Freight Systems - Ass't. Terminal Manager, Owatonna, MN. Responsible for daily operations, dispatch, office, drivers, maintenance and collections. Directed 12 drivers. Left to pursue opportunity in Texas.

1972 - 1977 First State Bank of Medford & Faribault National Bank - President for two banks with total assets of 10 million dollars. Responsible for first computerization for both banks. Implemented complete mortgage, development department. Developed and sold over 200 homes. Sold both banks.
